Texts by plan
- Texts included each month, fair use: 1,000 on Lite and 5,000 on Premium. Settings, Billing shows your count against your plan's number. Past it, texts pause until the 1st and email updates continue, as before.
- The home page shows three more things from the shop: a step set to Internal, Skip on an optional step, and a step that completes itself once the internal steps before it are done.

Lite and Premium
- Two plans. Lite is $35 a month: one template, three staff, one contact per customer, photos on steps. Premium is $125 and has everything: unlimited templates and staff, several contacts per customer, PDF files, optional and automatic steps, the portal that shows a contact every job, and your own domain for customer pages. Every company that was with us before today is on Premium.
- Switch plans in Settings, Billing. A switch is prorated. Moving to Lite is refused while you hold more than Lite allows, with the reasons.
- Premium: Settings, Company, Custom domain. Enter a host like track.yourshop.com, add the CNAME record it shows, and once it reads Verified your customer links and emails use it.

Step strip, optional steps, job slip
- Jobs, Open: a row of pills above the table, one per step with its open-job count. Tap one to see only the jobs at that step. With several templates, pick whose steps the strip shows.
- A step can complete automatically: switch it on in the template and it checks itself, and tells the customer, once the internal steps before it are done.
- Optional steps: switch "Optional" on in the template, and staff get a small Skip on the job. A skipped step is hidden from the customer; Include brings it back.
- Print slip on the job page: a 4 x 6 and a receipt-width PDF with the key and a QR code to the customer's page, for walk-ins with no phone or email. Track a job now takes the key and a last name as well as an email.
- Billing: a card added during the trial is first charged when the trial ends, however close that is.

Check steps from the list
- Check a step straight from Jobs or My steps: the round ring beside the current step. The row moves to the next step and shows Undo for a few seconds. Customers are told as usual.
- A step with an optional staff note gets "+ note" beside it for a one-line note. Steps that need a note or photo open their page instead.

Files on steps
- A step takes up to three photos or files, PDF included, 10 MB each. Customers see photos as before and a file as a row with Open, on their page and in the step's email.
- Remove a file with the pencil on its row. The job's history shows every file added or removed.

Message to customer
- A step in a template can carry a message to the customer (Templates, the note glyph at the end of a step row). New jobs start with it on that step. Customers see it on their page and in that step's email. Staff can change or clear it on each job.
- The template's "Note" and "Photo" columns are now "Staff note" and "Staff photo", each with an ⓘ that explains it.

Estimated dates
- A date you type for a job's last step now reads "Est." until that step is checked. Then the real time shows. Customers see it the same way on their page and in emails.
- Steps are "checked", not "ticked", everywhere, including the job history.

The job link by text
- A customer who already agreed to texts gets the job link by text the moment a job is created, not only by email. Their first text is still the opt-in line.

Ratings, a weekly summary and texts
- Customers rate the job once it is done: five stars and a line on their page; four or five stars ask for a Google review (Settings, Company, Google review link).
- "Your week at <Company>" every Monday at 7 AM: jobs created and finished, texts and emails sent, the week's ratings, and open jobs that have gone quiet. Settings, Company has the timezone and the switch.
- Text updates: a step done, the last step done, a changed date and a job on hold reach the customer by text as well as email, once they agree (Customers, the contact's row).
