Terms of service
Last updated October 19, 2026
Tretle is a product of CAD Variables, LLC (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your company. Our privacy policy says how we handle data.
Your account
An account belongs to a company. Its admins add staff and are responsible for what their staff do in it. Keep your login email in your control: anyone who can read it can log in. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
Acceptable use
Use Tretle to keep your own customers informed about their own jobs. Only message people who are your customers, or who work for them, and only about work they have with you. Do not use it to send marketing, to contact people who have asked you to stop, or for anything unlawful. Do not try to reach another company’s data or to disrupt the service.
Billing
The first 30 days are free. After that Tretle costs $35 a month, charged by Stripe to the card on file at the start of each month of service. Prices may change with 30 days’ notice by email. Cancel any time in Settings; the account stays open to the end of the month already paid, and nothing further is charged. We do not refund part months.
Suspension and ending
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that is used to send unwanted messages, or whose payment has failed and not been fixed. Where we can, we warn first. You may delete your account at any time; we purge it 30 days later.
Liability
Tretle is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not promise that it is never down or never wrong, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damage arising from its use. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
SMS terms
A contact who agrees to text updates receives text messages from that company about their jobs: a step done, a date change, the job on hold. Message frequency varies by job. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of texts from that company. Reply HELP for help, or write to support@tretle.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Changes and contact
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it, and we email admins about anything that matters. Questions go to support@tretle.com, CAD Variables, LLC.
